Have you ever thought of a life without sugar, as of sugar?
My answer is yes and no. No because some of the ready or processed food products we buy already have sugar as part of their ingredients. Yes, for the foods we have some control over, especially in their preparation.
Below is a graphic presentation of the ways I avoid sugar.
I eat mixed nuts in place of a sugary snack such as cake or chocolate. I add dried fruits and nuts to cereal, porridge and to plain yogurt.
The examples above are a small part of the many ways to avoid sugar.
